Refund Policy

Please kindly contact us within 3 days of the purchase if you have any issues with our product.  If you wish to apply refund, pleas summit your request through the order tracking page, click 'complaint 'and make sure the product is sealed and you can return the item to our pick up location within 3 days after delivery. We will only refund after verification for all of this conditions. We do not refund if the products has not been store in the appropriate temperature or over the consumed time or the products has been frozen or the vaccuum pakage has been opened. Please notify us as soon as you can, we are more than happy to help!

You can always refer to the label regarding the storage temperature or consumption time.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure the freshness of our product, we are adopt PRE- SALES method here, according to the order placed, we will have our veggies fresh pick and our pigs butcher on every Thursday. The delivery is arrange on Friday, Saturday, every customer can have their order in the freshnest condition! If you have any condition you wish to change the delivery date or cancel the order, please let us know at least 3 days before your delivery. unfortunately we can't process cancellation if the notification is less than 3 days, the best way we can suggest is you can change the delivery address to your friends or family or a pick up location.

Out of Stock Issues

Many variations can occurs as we are doing organic free range pig, for instance the size of the piggies are uncontrollable, they could be more fat than the others or smaller than we can predict. Sometimes the abbatoir will cut off some part of the pig in processing, all of these situations will causing out of stock. In this case, you will receive a notification via text message regarding the out of stock products. We will still delivery the rest of your order, and credit the amount for out of  item to your AUYEA account, you can use it for your next purchase. You can always contact us if you need the credit to refund to your bank account.
